I bumped into an interesting piece of information last night while reading comments posted under a blog post about OneCoin . A Norwegian Bitcoin Blockchain Specialist commented that at some point last year OneCoin had tried recruiting him to create a blockchain for the company. After reading the comment I contacted Bjorn Bjercke to find out what had happened. Bjorn let me know that last year he was approached by a Japan based recruiting agency ASENSHIA with this message: "We are currently working on a C Level search that may interest you. Can you suggest when you may be free for a call and the best number to reach you on?" "C Level" refers to a top position in a company. The conversation between Bjorn and the agency continued via phone. He was then introduced the idea of becoming a blockchain creator for a company. I was watching YouTube a couple of days ago when an ad video promoting BunnyToken emerged before the actual video started. The content of the ad video was so scammy that I had to dig out more information about the scheme. I was also baffled if this actually was a scam advertising itself boldly on YouTube. What is Bunny Token Bunny Token is marketing itself as the mainstream payment system of the future for adult entertainment industry, providing anonymous and low cost transactions. Considering the somewhat direct approach to the subject, they strangely seem to have forgotten to put the word "adult" before "entertainment industry" on their website. Bunny Token is based on Ethereum blockchain technology. The Initial Sale of Bunny Tokens launched on the 13th of March, 2018. The sale will continue until the 25th of May, 2018. OneCoin - The members living in denial

After OneCoin lost all of the bank accounts it had via its shell companies, the inevitable consequence was that the lousy working exchange they had became even worse. In fact it might be that nobody is able to sell their coins anymore. Before the collapse there was at least a fraction of the sales executed with the cash flow OneCoin sucked from its continuous flow of new victims. Now OneCoin has no funds to keep the exchange going and the members are clearly getting agitated. Earlier things were different. Initiative Q – Nonsense spreading like a virus

Lately there has been a lot of buzz about Initiative Q in social media. Even people who usually aren't gullible to promote these kind of chain-letter type of schemes have been sharing invite links luring more and more people to do the same. So what is this initiative of spam all about then? According to the webpage of Initiative Q the aim of the company/people behind the scheme is to create "the payment system of the future". Joining Initiative Q requires an invitation to sign up. You only have to give your name and email address, no payment is required – yet. People signing up and sharing invite links are rewarded with the future currency. Like the webpage says: "To get millions to join, we are giving away our future currency" . Onecoin - there is a lesson to be learned

In the beginning the message was: OneCoin sells education not coins. This message is still the selling point they offer. Strangely enough OneCoin's Finnish Country Manager Tommi Vuorinen has several times admitted in public that selling education is only to avoid problems with financial supervisory authorities. However despite selling education was so important to OneCoin they made some additions to their product line by the end of 2015 adding educational packages with no education. There was Festival package for 18.000 euros and I think the 100.000 € Elite Trader package emerged during the end of 2015. Those packages include no education what so ever. Neither does the 25.000 € Infinity Trader package which came to replace the Festival package in the beginning of 2016. Looks like they care even less about authorities nowadays than before.
