OneCoin – Meet the new manager

One could easily err to think that OneCoin would be over by now. Ruja Ignatova abandoned OneCoin years ago and her brother Konstantin got arrested in February 2019. His trial led to a plea deal and confession that the whole business was a hoax and created only to deceive people. Subsequently there has been a mass of (mis)leaders abandoning the sunken scam ship. I'm sure many of their victims have followed them.

The remaining members and leaders haven't had much to cheer about. Yes, as crazy as it may sound there still are a lot of members believing that OneCoin is real. They just ignore all the evidence, facts and even basic rules of economics.

According to the imaginary value of the coin there are over 3.500 billion euros worth of coins distributed to the members. The members living in denial are still waiting for an exchange to be launched so that they could start selling their possessions. They simply don't seem to understand that no one is interested in buying those coins. While waiting for the exchange they eagerly accept any excuses and lies to keep their dreams alive. It doesn't even matter that Konstantin has already confessed that OneCoin was nothing but a scam.

Meet the new manager

The managers of OneCoin related companies haven't been much in public. For instance, the vast majority of the members don't have a clue who Christian Manolov is despite he was once the manager and owner of the most prominent companies involved in OneCoin's operations.

Quoting Bulgarian Capital:
"Bulgarian companies around OneCoin have undergone several transformations in ownership and management over the years. Lastly, in late 2016 and early 2017, ties with Ruzha Ignatova and her mother Veska were cut off, with companies finding themselves unknown owners and managers - young people with no corporate history and all indications that they were fraudulent. For example, at One Network Services, the owner was Pegaron Invest, which in turn was owned by Artefix Europe. The latter was sold by Veska Ignatova to then-25-year-old Christian Manolov for an unknown amount, and he also became the manager of One Network Services."

(Read more about Manolov and OneCoin's shady companies from Bulgarian Capital.)

Currently a person named Angel Rumenov Boyadzhiyski is the manager and owner of several companies involved in the core of OneCoin's business. Boyadzhiyski was appointed to his position in those companies maybe a year ago.

We didn't even have a picture of Christian Manolov but someone recently happened to find out who this Angel Boyadzhiyski is. It turned out that Angel Boyadzhiyski (aka Foxi Boyadzhiyski) is some sort of security guy at OneCoin's HQ in Sofia and apparently also the stooge appointed as a manager/owner to at least four OneCoin related companies.

Angel Boyadzhiyski (aka Foxi Boyadzhiyski)

And these are not just companies. They are the very companies who are the registrants of the following domains:
onelife.eu
onecoin.eu
dealshaker.eu

Here is more information about the companies:

Artefix Europe EOOD
Registrant of domain: dealshaker.eu
Manager: Angel Boyadzhiyski
Capital: 100 EUR

Business Edge Solutions Ltd EOOD
Manager: Angel Boyadzhiyski
Sole Owner of the Capital: Artefix Europe EOOD
Capital: 1000 BGN (= about 510 EUR)

One Network Services LTD EOOD
Registrant of domain: onelife.eu
Registrant of domain: onecoin.eu
Manager: Angel Boyadzhiyski
Sole Owner of the Capital: Business Edge Solutions Ltd EOOD

BlockWave Tech Ltd
Manager: Angel Boyadzhiyski
Sole Owner of the Capital: One Network Services LTD EOOD

As you can see Angel Boyadzhiyski is the sole owner and manager of all those companies.

New Captain and a Co-Captain for the OneLife shipwreck

At the end of last year a group of high caliber misleaders of the OneLife network invaded the Sofia office. They were welcomed by the new manager Angel Boyadzhiyski who let the flock in to the premises. Videos of the occasion show that there are no employees left and the building has been pretty much emptied from furniture. Even paintings have been removed from the walls and the office truly seems to be abandoned.

Later it was announced that Simon Le is the new captain of the shipwreck and his Co-Captain is King Jayms. Yes, the same "King" who published a video of him pretending to shoot haters. The same King who was behind the petition aiming to free Konstantin Ignatov from jail.

Simon Le, the new captain

King Jayms, the co-captain

What's left from the scam is webinars on Wednesdays. They are mostly boring slideshows by Simon Le, leaders calling each other brothers and sisters, giving excuses and blaming haters for all that is wrong with OneCoin, talking about OneLife "family", King Jayms shouting like a tv evangelist.

No exchange

The new misleadership already announced that there isn't going to be an exchange. Quoting King Jayms: "I believe now is the time for us to think about OneAcademy and usability and push what we are set out to do. The days of people selling coins is done." (Webinar "Corporate Updates and Development" below.)

Update January 20:

The new roadmap

The new misleadership has already published a new roadmap about their future plans. The hand-sketched roadmap shows delusional plans to grow the number of merchants in the DealShaker platform to 1 million.

The new roadmap.

Actually OneCoin had already set the exact same goal years ago and planned to achieve 1 million merchants by the middle of 2018:

– Remember the vision?

Currently there are about 24k deals on the platform. The number of the deals has been around 20k for years so they are lucky to have maybe 5.000 – 10.000 actual merchants there. Getting 1 million merchants scammed to sign up to a worldwide known ponzi-pyramid isn't going to be easy but then again the leadership can redraw the roadmap every two years to move the goalposts.
